WELCOME TO A.F.C. RHEMA
The Academy is finally introducing Club soccer to its forum and structure. A.F.C. Rhema (Association Football Club of Rhema)The club will have teams available for boys and girls participation in competitions/invitationals according to their age groups. Teams will be broken down into age group squads for proper and legal age eligibility to play. All age group squads are formed by evaluation and development from the Academy´s training camp coaches, tryouts procedures and precise assessments of players of either veteran or novice status.
The ages for teams for boys and girls are from 15 - 19.
Boys: U15, U17, U19
Girls: U15, U17, U19
Use this chart to determine your child’s age grouping. Age groupings stay the same for a soccer year (fall of one year through spring of the next–like a school year).
The Elite Development Team (EDT) or simply Elite Team, is a reserve squad for the U19 side that focuses on youth development after graduating the Academy. This unique team will be handpicked carefully to fully assess training and development to break into the professional leagues both domestically and internationally. Friendly matches and competitions will be organized to test the young lads and ladies on course to their professional careers.
