Sponsorship levels

To simply put it, a sponsorship is a partnership. Your business receives exposure from thousands of players, relatives, coaches, fans and community leaders. Additionally, your sponsorship serves to promote your business, build an image of community support and positively impacts the youth in the community. RSA’s supporter levels offer businesses of all sizes several affordable options with no long term commitment. These levels provide businesses both print and digital advertising options that run for full calendar year.

As part of their marketing goals your sponsor will have a number of objectives.

Typically, these may include:

• Increase brand loyalty

• Create awareness of the brand

• Drive retail traffic

• Highlight community responsibility

• Capture sales leads

• Increase sales

• Showcase products and services

Note: Sponsors will be gaining a percentage range of 10% - 40% on ROI (Return of Investment) and saving between 10% - 40% on advertising upon sponsoring the academy.

Grassroots Supporter: $250/yr.

          Premier Supporter: $500/yr.

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s tournament program

•  Sponsor’s literature in RSA’s tournament registration packets provided to each team at check-in.           

        Platinum Supporter: $1,000/yr.

• Sponsor’s logo/link on the page of RSA’s website

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition on all of RSA’s social media sites.

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s newsletter

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s tournament programs

• Sponsor’s signage on the RSA's complex parking lot fence (signage provided by RSA)

• Sponsor’s literature in RSA’s tournament registration packets provided to each team at check ins

***Supporter levels standards payment options:

-100% due upon signature.

-50/50: 50% due upon signature; final payment due within thirty days

-33/33/33: 1/3 due upon signature; 2nd payment due within 30 days; final payment due within 60 days.

 

Sponsors Levels

RSA’s Sponsor Levels provide businesses with the maximum amount of advertising exposure for a full calendar year. With the sponsor levels, businesses are included on our website, program marketing and promotional materials, mentioned in media releases and email blasts, and many other areas, allowing businesses to reach the largest target audience.

 

 

Gold Package: $5,000/yr.

• Sponsor’s logo/link on the sponsor page of RSA’s website

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition on all of RSA’s social media sites

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s newsletter

• Sponsor’s signage on the RSA’s complex parking lot fence (signage provided by RSA)

• Sponsor’s signage on the RSA’s clubhouse wall (signage provided by RSA)

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in tournament registration packets provided to each team at check in

• Sponsor’s tent at the Spring, Summer and Fall Sessions ( signage provided by sponsor)

• Sponsor’s exclusivity for your industry is offered only at the Gold Sponsor level

• Sponsor’s logo on the front of all academy apparel including jerseys, bags, track suits etc.

• Recognized as the academy’s main Sponsor

 

Silver Package: $3000/yr.

• Sponsor’s logo/link on the sponsor page of RSA’s website

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition on all of RSA’s social media sites

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s newsletter

• Sponsor’s signage on the RSA’s complex parking lot fence (signage provided by RSA)

   Bronze Package: $1,500/yr.

• Sponsor’s Logo and recognition in RSA’s newsletter

• Sponsor’s signage in the covered picnic area at the RSA’s complex (signage provided by RSA)

• Sponsor’s logo on the back RSA’s pre game jerseys

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

E-Blast-Only Supporter: $100/per blast

• Sponsor’s logo on our regularly scheduled e-blasts which are sent to our e-mail distribution list of players, parents, coaches etc.

• Includes click-through capabilities to your website or company page

 

Web-Only Supporter: $150/season

• Sponsor’s logo/link on the sponsor’s page RSA’s website

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition on all of RSA’s social media sites

 

Product or Service Supporter: (Varies)

Some sponsors may choose to donate product i.e. Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), first aid kits, food, beverages, etc. which the club academy either use to sell back to the public (during season or a tournament). Others may donate “services” (i.e. athletic trainers, soccer equipment, lawn maintenance, pest management services etc.). These sponsors may receive any of the aforementioned benefits, depending upon the actual realized dollar value for the product or service donated, as agreed upon by the academy and product/services sponsor.

Junior Tournament Sponsor: $ 2,000/tournament

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s tournament programs

• Sponsor’s literature in RSA’s tournament registration packets provided to each team at check ins

Senior Tournament Sponsor: $ 4,000/tournament

• Sponsor’s logo/link on the page of RSA’s website

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition on all of RSA’s social media sites.

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s newsletter

• Sponsor’s logo and recognition in RSA’s tournament programs

• Sponsor’s signage on the RSA complex’s parking lot fence (signage provided by RSA)

• Receives “co-naming” and/or “co-sponsored by” rights to one RSA tournament.
